Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, representing the firm's hospitality and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to team members, including document preparation and correspondence
- Manage scheduling for client meetings, prospect appointments, and vendor engagements
- Track and recognize key milestones for clients and the team, coordinating gifts and events
- Maintain office supply levels and monitor vendor relationships
- Assist in basic office technology setup and coordinate with IT for repairs and upgrades
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative client-facing role as a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role
- Experience with light scheduling and calendaring
- Professional client interactions via phone, email, and in person
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Calendly, and Salesforce is preferred
- Experience working within the Schwab system is preferred
