- Act as the right hand to the owner, driving day-to-day execution
- Focus on execution by managing projects from idea through launch and follow-through
- Maintain organization and efficiency across the business operations
- Oversee eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channel management
- Manage product listings and content across platforms such as Amazon and Walmart
- Coordinate content creation, including photoshoots and creative assets
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives progress
- Handle backend systems and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Organize account logins, systems, and operational workflows
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
- Coordinate with virtual assistants to ensure project execution
- Act as the main point of contact for vendor alignment and accountability
- Navigate multiple eCommerce platforms and software systems
- Collaborate with customer support to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure product availability and functionality across sales channels
- 4 years experience with eCommerce or consumer packaged goods, or working with large retailers
- Dynamic and hardworking individual with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Highly organized operator capable of maintaining operational continuity
- Strong executor able to transition between tasks, teams, and systems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and vendors
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a natural inclination to resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with large wholesale and direct-to-consumer retailers like TikTok, Amazon, and Walmart is preferred
