Business Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
- Handle complex business litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Advise clients on litigation risks, dispute resolution, and compliance issues
- Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work product and client service
- 8 years of business litigation experience, with flexibility for candidates with 5 years
- Experience in both plaintiff and defense cases, excluding family law, insurance, and personal injury
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be barred in California
- Flexibility in working hours is preferred
