Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
- Processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation for audits
- Preparing reports and reconciling bank statements
- Providing administrative support related to financial operations
- Assisting accountants with data preparation and verification
- 0-3 years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry or similar multi-entity environments is preferred
