Position: Job Ad Creator (MUST be an Expert navigating and posting ads on Zip Recruiter and Indeed)-We are seeking an expert recruiting professional not to recruit but to focus 100% on Developing effective job ad copy to maximize quality and quantity of applying candidates. You must really be an expert at creating compelling job ads and have a vast amount of experience working with and positing on the job boards and social media. You will be creating new fresh and compelling job ads daily and manage 1,500- 2,000 live job ads on all the major job boards including social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging job ad campaigns and content on major job boards and social media.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented creative writing professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing compelling self- created ads for various job board websites. Your primary task will be to self- create new fresh compelling ad copy daily (Not looking for an AI Copy Cat) You will need to always be analyzing the market and geographical areas ads are being posted in so you can create ads that will attract high quality and high quantity of candidates for all types of positions. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a keen sense of how to create effective ad copy that will attract a high volume of quality candidates, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Work Scope:
• Self-Create job ads post daily and manage over 1500 live job ads daily
• Write compelling, original ad copy and job titles that attract quality candidates(Not looking for a Chat GPT Copy and Paster)
• Create Daily analytics and reporting necessary to manage job ad performance and flag underperforming ads to maximize visibility
• Maintain and manage our ad tracking system/database to ensure performance

Qualifications:
• Experience creating, posting, and managing a High Volume of job ads on Job Boards and Social Media
• Experience writing catchy, clear, and professional ad copy
• Have strong attention to detail and are organized with data
• Understand how to identify and attract the right type of candidates
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets or job ad management tools
