Member Services Associate
Bousquet Sport – Pittsfield, MA
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Days, nights, and/or weekends required
Position Overview
Bousquet Sport is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Member Services Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our members and guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized club environment.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Assist members with scheduling, registrations, and general questions
Member Experience
- Create a welcoming and positive environment at all times
- Build relationships with members and recognize regulars
- Provide accurate information about programming, memberships, and club offerings
Billing & Account Support
- Answer basic billing and membership questions
- Assist with purchases, registrations, and account updates
- Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on Duty
Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and shared spaces
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks (towels, trash, general upkeep)
- Reset spaces including studios, courts, locker rooms, and common areas
- Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to leadership
- Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly

Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent movement throughout the facility
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (towels, supplies, equipment)
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform cleaning tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
