What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRANSPay® Services Administrator position at Bourque Logistics?
Duties
- Coordinates the accurate payment processing of our customers’ vendors invoices
- Defines and manages accuracy of Payer (OParty) facts – our customer
- Defines and manages accuracy of Payee (CParty) facts – our customers’ vendors
- Defines or verifies invoice charge types
- Evaluates invoice payment requests for on-time payment
- Bundles multiple invoice payment requests into a single payment to be processed by bank
- Adjusts payment records to include fewer or more invoice payment requests based on invoice modifications or payment efficiency
- Reconciles bank payments in rejected, canceled, or delayed status
- Coordinates with vendors for payment reporting requirements via portal of EDI/API
- Coordinates with tax auditors and taxing authorities the prompt payment and posting of tax payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Accounting or finance background preferred but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
