Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager
- Guide daily team operations by monitoring performance and ensuring smooth workflows that support AT&T’s cell phone customers.
- Show leadership from the front by presenting tailored sales solutions to customers in person, ensuring utmost of compliance as the Entry Level Sales Manager.
- Coach and train associates to strengthen their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer support skills, with a focus on AT&T wireless plans and devices.
