The position of front desk is the hub for customer service, admissions, and information.
- Friendly Welcome
- Greet guests warmly as they enter.
- Provide general information about the facility, such as activities, pricing, and special offers.
2. Check-In and Waiver Verification
- Handle sales and admissions.
- Check reservations or event bookings.
- Placement of wristbands for unlimited entry .
- Customer Assistance
- Answer questions regarding activities.
- Guide guests on where to go based on their interests or age groups.
- Provide safety rules and guidelines.
4. Birthday Party/Event Check-In
- Help families check in for scheduled parties or events.
- Direct guests to their party rooms.
6. Health & Safety Protocols
- Ensure guests are aware of any safety measures policies .
7. Sales and Upselling
- Recommend additional services, such as arcade cards, food and drink packages, or merchandise.
8. Handling Payments
- Manage cash or card transactions efficiently and securely.
