Bouncyland in Muncie, IN is looking for Attendants to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 3501 N Chadam Lane. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Overview: As a Bounce and Toddler Attendant at Bouncyland, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for young children and their families. You will supervise bounce areas, assist with activities, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Monitor bounce areas and toddler zones to ensure safety and proper usage of equipment.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety rules and guidelines, ensuring a secure play environment.
- Engagement: Interact with children and families, providing assistance and encouraging participation in activities.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in bounce areas and play zones, including regular cleaning of equipment.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues among guests in a professional manner.
- Emergency Preparedness: Be aware of emergency procedures and respond appropriately to incidents or injuries.
- Event Support: Assist with parties as needed, providing support to guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy environments.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. and stand for extended periods.
