The schedule manager is a crucial role in the office as the first and last point of contact for our patients. Success in this role involves building relationships and good rapport with patients, meeting and exceeding daily production goals by keeping the schedule full, processing claims and understanding insurance plans.

Schedule
- Tuesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday & Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Closed on Mondays
- Typical weekly hours range from 32 – 34 hours per week
- We clock in at 7:55, have morning huddle at 8:15 and start seeing patients at 8:30
- Admin staff take turns breaking for a 30-minute lunch

- Compensation begins at $23 per hour and is based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the schedule to achieve production goals
- Track scheduling opportunities and coordinate treatment strategically
- Communicate treatment value and help patients move forward with care
- Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team throughout the day
- Answer phones, assist patients, and maintain a welcoming front office environment
- Verify and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and process transactions
