What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Morning Baker position at Boule Bakery?
Boule is looking for an early morning baker to join our team. The role of the early morning baker would be best for someone who loves mornings, enjoys working independantly, and wants a little creative freedom.
Duties include proofing and baking croissants, filling danishes, baking cookies, making sandwiches, prepping fillings and glazes, and setting up the pastry display for a 7 am open. Hours are 3 - 9 am Thursday through Sunday.
Requirements - You must be available for all of the above times listed. We are looking for someone with a little kitchen experience, just knowing the basics of how a commercial kitchen operates and sanitation procedures is very important but we can teach the rest.
