Customer Service Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences, preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Customer Service Members work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. Customer Service Members can be promoted to Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and General Manager positions.
