This position works full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Job Perks:Full-time employees are eligible for medical / dental / vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance as well as several voluntary benefit options, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) and six (6) paid holidays annually.Day shift schedules are Monday through Friday.Job responsibilities:Obtains information from internal and externalsources to record accounting transactions in the accounting systems and generalledger. Ensures transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supportedin compliance with GAAP and in accordance with BMC policies and controls.Reconciles all BMC bank accounts including thereconciliation with BMC accounts receivable system in an accurate manner.Prepares standard and ad-hoc financial reports as needed.Administers monthly and bi-monthly payrolls in accurate and timely manner.Ensures the accurate and timely processing ofnew hires, transfers, and terminations, including resolving any payrolldiscrepancies. In collaboration with HR updates necessary details within the HRIS in connection with employee status changes.Researches and handles extremely confidential information in anexpeditious and discretionary manner. Actas a liaison with Human Resource team and the Executive team on new physicianhires and terminations.All other duties as assigned. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative work relationships with providers and staff. Must be self-directed, highly motivated with strong organizational skills and work ethic emphasizing tact, diplomacy, flexibility and confidentiality.Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous Experience:Demonstrated experience in general accounting (or bookkeeping) to include some experience in a payroll function.Experience with Paylocity HRIS payroll and Great Plains accounting software.Accounting experience in a healthcare environment.Location:Boulder, COSalary Range:$64,000 - $81,000/ Annually ; depending on experience.This position will be posted for a minimum of three days, subsequently until filled.
