Summary:
Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates for Phone Triage positions in our OB/GYN team! This position is benefit eligible working Part-time 27 hours per week (3 days) Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's. This position is fully in person at our Foothills Clinic location, 4745 Arapahoe Ave Ste 200, Boulder.

Job Duties
- Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to individuals and/or families acting as the patient's advocate, facilitator, and educator.
- Recognizes, evaluates, and responds to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic, using nursing judgment to ensure medical care.
- Assists the patient and/or instructs the patient in preparation for the provider's examination and/or specific treatment.
- Prepares examination/treatment rooms for provider's use by ensuring that appropriate supplies, equipment and instruments are available and ready on a daily basis. Maintains examination/treatment rooms in a neat and orderly manner.
- Assists the provider with examination by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies. (e.g., minor surgery, pelvic examinations, diagnostic procedures, etc.)
- Must be able to recognize and identify patient's symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment in course of action.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure by the State of Colorado.
Experience:
- 1-2 years' nursing experience in a medical office, clinic or hospital, preferred.
The starting hourly pay range for this position is commensurate with experience:
- $36.04 - $45.06/hour (full pay range is $36.04 - $54.07)
This position will be posted for a minimum of three days, subsequently until filled.
