Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is actively recruiting one full/part-timePhysiatrist to practice at its Boulder County clinics. BMC has been providing high quality medical care to Boulder County and its surrounding area since 1949. A physician owned and governed multi-specialty practice of 90 providers including MDs, DOs, Certified Mid-Wives, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and 320 support staff. BMC is committed to high quality service and expert, professional care. It serves patients in five locations, conveniently located in Boulder, Erie, Longmont, and Louisville, CO and is led by a full time professional management team that allows you to focus on patient care.

Job Specifics
- Experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Procedure based pain management
- Orders clinically appropriate testing such as X-rays, Cat Scans Ultrasounds and MRIs.
- Recommending and performing various medical procedures, such as trigger point injections, soft tissue, and joint injections to treat pain and improve physical functioning
- Injections under fluoroscopy/sedation
- EMG/ diagnostic ultrasound
- Recommends consultation with orthopedists, neurologist, psychologists, spine specialists and pain management.
- Treats neuropathic pain
- Botulinum injections for spasticity
- Knowledge of CPT codes and reimbursements

Education

- Medical Degree (MD, DO)
- Board certified or Board eligible
- Boulder, CO
