This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position working four days per week, 9-10 hour shifts, with a flexible day off based on clinic needs, and some rotating Saturday morning shifts required. The position is based at our Louisville clinic, located at 80 Health Park Dr., Suite 100 & 200, Louisville, CO 80027.

We Have Three Openings
- Support the entire Family Medicine practice, assisting our primary care providers in delivering comprehensive care across all ages-from routine checkups, preventive screenings, and vaccinations to managing chronic conditions and coordinating specialty care.

- Day shift schedules.
- Experience working in both primary care and specialty care clinics.
- Perform clinic administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering incoming telephone calls, obtaining and/or verifying patient information, patient check in/out, coordinate and facilitate accurate patient appointment
- Obtain patient medical history, vital signs, chart preparation, medication dosage and frequency, patient allergens, and assist with medical examinations
- Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and/or manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies
- Preparing examination room, ensuring proper equipment is present and room is adequately stocked
- Document all aspects of the patient encounter on an electronic medical record system
- Good history-taking skills, strong, competent computer skills; accurate and complete documentation skills; good time management and organizational skills.
- Relate well and communicate with patients, providers, and staff.
- Able to demonstrate self-direction in establishing priorities and working with little supervision.
- Completion of Medical Assistant education. *Certification is not required but preferred.
- Other completed medical training, education, and proof of active certification is an acceptable substitution of MedicalAssistant specific credentials. (Examples include but are not limited to: EMT, Surgical Tech, CNA, etc.).
- Military medical training and education with supporting documentation is an acceptable substitution of MedicalAssistant specific credentials.
- College graduates with a completed four (4) year bachelor's degree is an acceptable substitution of MedicalAssistant specific credentials. *College transcripts must reflect completed health science course work. Please submit a copy of your unofficial college transcripts at the time of applying.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) in a clinic setting, preferred
- $18.91 - $25.21/Hour (Full pay range is $18.91 - $28.36)
