This is a full-time, benefited position that will work Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Work will primarily be in-person, at 515 Coffman St, Longmont, CO 80501, with occasional remote options available. Under FLSA guidelines, this position is exempt.
Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
Hiring Salary Range: $70,428.00 - $85,908.00/annually

- Facilitate therapeutic family time that promotes safety, connection, and emotional regulation, using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
- Engage children and caregivers through collaboration and partnership, recognizing and building on family strengths.
- Practice with cultural humility and responsiveness, honoring each family’s identity, values, and lived experience, and considering the impact of systemic and environmental factors.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching, modeling, and feedback to strengthen caregiver capacity, attunement, and responsiveness.
- Observe and document family interactions, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the state database (TRAILS).
- Use data to inform practice and support continuous improvement in family outcomes and program performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through case staffing, consultation, and group supervision.
- Participate in reflective supervision and team consultation, contributing thoughtful observations and clinical insight.
- Remain flexible and responsive to agency and family needs, including reassignment if required.
