Seafood Department Supervisor – Grocery Retail

Role Overview: A Seafood Team Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of the Seafood department within retail operations, ensuring the delivery of fresh, high-quality seafood and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and merchandising to maintain product quality.
• Execute display and production planning to optimize sales.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Train, schedule, and coach team members to foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales, margin, and shrink reduction goals.
