- Assist with changeovers to facilitate smooth transitions between production runs.
- Document maintenance activities accurately in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate closely with operations in a safety- and quality-focused environment that emphasizes sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to skill development within a global network of facilities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to reduce equipment downtime.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS or similar maintenance documentation systems.
