Role: Aerospace Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for complex aerospace castings and precision-machined components.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance safety, yield, and throughput.
  • Design and validate processes, troubleshoot shop-floor issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document work instructions and support new product introductions in a highly technical, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and standards.
  • Experience with process design, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement projects and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent documentation skills and technical aptitude for supporting new product launches.
