POSITION: Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is looking to hire a Service Dispatcher. The Service Dispatcher ensures that repairs and maintenance of vehicles are assigned in accordance with the Service Manager and the standards of the dealership. Responsibilities include:
- Controlling workflow through the Service department in an organized, timely manner
- Scheduling technicians, workshop time, and resources to achieve maximum productivity
- Monitoring and preserving effective time controls
- Communicating between Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Service Writers to ensure smooth repair process
- Providing detailed and accurate reports upon request
- Reviewing repair orders to ensure assigned work has been performed and completed properly, along with including proper paperwork
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants need to be: outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast pace environment, and have a positive attitude.
