ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounts payable processing for multiple companies
- Review and post invoices ensuring properly coded to correct GL obtaining necessary approvals
- Tri-monthly payment vendor check runs including ACH and credit card
- Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work in excel as well as other accounting software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous account payable experience preferred
