We are seeking a highly skilled Allstate Inside Sales Rep to join our Lynnwood, Washington office. This role is ideal for a positive, approachable individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll focus on connecting with clients, identifying coverage needs, and driving new business through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
We are offering:
- Base salary of $60,000-$80,000 (based on experience) with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities, potential for year-end total to be $150,000.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and performance targets.
- Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales through inbound and outbound client interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent service, follow-ups, and policy reviews.
- Ask each customer for referrals and promote our referral program to generate additional opportunities.
Requirements
- A candidate having an active Property & Casualty license is a bonus.
- Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire.
- Previous sales experience (mortgage lender, real estate, escrow, etc)
- Must be a Washington state resident.
