Accounting Specialist â AP / AR
Location: New York City or Miami
Work Model: 5 days/week onsite
Base Salary: Up to $70,000 USD bonuses incentives/perks

𧞠What Youâll Be Doing
Youâll be a key player in keeping the financial engine running smoothly across a growing portfolio.
Accounts Payable
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure approvals, coding, and payment runs are clean and efficient
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and track invoices
- Follow up on outstanding balances with professionalism and persistence
- Reconcile payments and maintain accurate customer records
Month-End & Support
- Assist with reconciliations and reporting
- Partner closely with finance and operations teams
- Help improve processes as the business continues to scale

- 2â5 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
