We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Customer Service Coordinator with strong eCommerce experience to oversee order processing, shipping, and customer support.
This role is central to our daily operations and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions including customer service, shipping, and production coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily order processing through Shopify
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping using ShipStation or similar platforms
- Coordinate workflow between customer service, shipping, and production teams
- Manage and support customer service representatives
- Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operations
- Maintain inventory awareness and assist with stock coordination
Requirements:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Familiarity with shipping systems such as ShipStation
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Experience managing or coordinating customer service and operations teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in alcohol-related products or industry knowledge is a plus
