What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Dispatcher / Office Support position at Bottini Fuel?
Bottini Fuel, one of the largest fuel and propane providers in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Service Dispatcher / Office Support for our Wappingers Office
Successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a high demand environment. Willing to learn other aspects of the office and have a “can-do” attitude while working independently and with team members.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling installations/service calls
- Handling phone calls
- Dispatching multiple technicians
- Coordinating w/ other departments when required
- Problem solving
- Assist with office tasks
- Supporting technical staff
- Other tasks assigned by Office Manager
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Overtime is mandatory during our peak hours along with some weekend hours.
