- People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times
include but are not limited to:
- Unloads dishes from Dining Room as they come in, organizes them using a Decoy System
- Organizes the Silverware soaking station.
- Scrapes, pre-rinses and loads racks of dishes and pushes into machine
- Keep racks from being overloaded and keeps them organized
- Changes dish machine water every two hours
- Works on the clean end and receives the newly cleaned racks, organizes them and stacks dishes accordingly
- Works in Three Compartment sink, scrubbing all pots and pans
- Properly set up Three Compartment Sinks per health department standards, changes station out every two hours
- Takes clean, sanitized stacks and racks of items to respective areas to put away or for final polishing for dining room
- Top performers earn approximately $19.87 - $25.25/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
- $17.87 - $22.00 of hourly compensation $2.00 - $3.25 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
- Our top Dishwasher last period made $25.00 per hour including tips
- Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act

- 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)

Salary : $2 - $3
