- People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times

- Demonstrate a friendly and warm demeanor to all who are coming in to enjoy the Bottega Louie experience
- A key member of the service team, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout the shift. Rotating through the restaurant on a regular schedule to ensure pristine dining conditions
- Perform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty
- Aware of additional cleaning responsibilities and performing necessary upkeep on an as needed basis
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand
- Top performers earn approximately $22 - $24/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
- $17.87 of hourly compensation $3 - $5 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of Attendants sales data)
- Our top Attendant last period made $23 per hour including tips
- Paid Sick Time
