KITCHEN PORTER RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to:
- Receiving deliveries from vendors
- Checking deliveries for accuracy and quality
- Putting orders away neatly and rotating stock
- Organizing and maintaining storage areas in accordance with California Department of Health
- Recording inventory of purchased items
COMPENSATION
- Top performers earn approximately $20.00 - $28.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
- $18.00 - $24.00 of hourly compensation $2.00 - $4.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
- Our top Kitchen Porter last period made $28.00 per hour including tips
- Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act

- 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
