What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator for Medspa position at Botox and Beauty Boutique?
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and client-focused Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator (with medical aesthetician or esthetician experience is a BONUS) to join our team. We are seeking someone with prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a medical spa setting, who understands the flow of a busy practice and values exceptional patient care.
You will be the the person taking care of patient communication, scheduling, sales, and supporting smooth, daily operations. Any medical aesthetician/esthetician experience is a BONUS.
What you will do:
- Welcome patients and manage front desk flow
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Communicate treatment plans
- Provide clear patient education and thoughtful follow-up
- Confidently close sales for treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Support monthly sales goals and promote patient retention
- Maintain a clean, calm, brand-aligned space
- Support the patient experience from first touchpoint to follow-up
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
- Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice
- Sales experience with a confident ability to recommend and close packages and products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required by business needs

Part Time - 2 to 3 days a week with 1-2 Saturdays per month
