Your role will involve building meaningful connections with clients, understanding their unique skincare needs, and providing personalized recommendations to help them achieve optimal skin health and beauty.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, HydraFacials, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on effective skincare regimens and recommend suitable products for their at-home use.
- Maintain a clean and serene treatment room, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics.
- Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols.
- Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up.
- Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures.
- Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care.
- Assist with scheduling of patients' treatments.
- Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization.
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client when required.
- Motivated and excited to learn and operate new aesthetic machines and offerings.
- Create content and post on our social media accounts daily.
Positional Available: Part-time with Full-time potential
Requirements:
- Experience Preferred: 1 year in a med spa setting
- Esthetician Licensed in the State of California
- Weekend availability required
