Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform installations of pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components
- Conduct routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance services
- Identify and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, and drain problems efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, recommendations, and service options
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and best practices
- Ohio plumbing license or certification preferred
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or physically demanding environments
