Bothun Roofing & Coatings is hiring a Commercial Roofing Laborer who wants to become a leader. Not someday – fast. We promote from within, and if you show up, work hard, and learn the trade, you'll be running a crew sooner than you think.
What you'll do:
- Commercial roofing: single-ply membranes, fluid-applied restoration, spray foam, and elastomeric coatings on flat and metal roofs across Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota
- Concrete coatings in the winter months
- Learn the systems, equipment, and crew operations from people who've been doing this for 18 years

Who we're looking for:
- Reliable, on time, drug-free
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical outdoor work
- Valid driver's license
- Roofing or coatings experience is a plus but not required – attitude and work ethic matter more
- Wants more than a paycheck: wants to lead
