This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Oversee quality control measures throughout the construction process, identifying any issues that may arise and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Familiarity with construction management principles and practices is required.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
