Solutions Architect

Position Overview

BOT Group LLC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to support our client in Tampa, Florida. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to make a strategic impact by designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for innovation in enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise-level architecture in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead Production Support, Governance, Instance Management, Access Controls, and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Partner with PMO, Business Analysts, Development, and Infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Define and guide future-state enterprise architecture and assist with transition and migration planning.
• Develop architectural roadmaps and runways for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with software development standards, governance, and security best practices.
• Build prototypes, reference architectures, and lead proof-of-concept implementations.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and lead R&D initiatives.
• Mentor IT teams and support competency development across technology domains.
• Perform system analysis and maintain documentation for current and future state architectures.
• Identify and address architectural gaps such as single points of failure, SLAs, and fault tolerance issues.
• Define and maintain technology standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Champion design excellence and promote architectural best practices across the SDLC.
• Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups through various communication methods.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
• Strong background with ERP systems – preferably Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in migrating from Oracle ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, relational databases, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms; Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
• Experience with SaaS integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar API management platforms.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management experience, ideally in Agile environments.
• Financial acumen with experience in cost optimization and budget management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL service management best practices.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level architecture within defined SLAs and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership in architecture planning and solution delivery in large-scale environments.
