This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Development and Intake Specialist based in Houston, TX. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, managing client intake processes, scheduling consultations, and maintaining client records. The specialist will provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving client concerns. The role also includes supporting the firm’s client development initiatives, tracking client engagement, and identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
