Inspect buildings for proper operation, cleanliness, and safety. Maintain heating, air conditioning, and lighting in accordance with federal guidelines. Function as the primary liaison between building occupants and Facilities Management & Planning staff. Prepare buildings for special events or classes as requested and in accordance with instructions submitted by requesting department. Supervise custodial staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a satisfactory and timely basis.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S. or equivalent, excellent supervisory and management skills and three to five years of related experience.
