Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) is seeking applicants with diverse skills and experiences to join our innovative and inclusive community. You will join as the Financial Aid Lead, providing hands on functional and technical support for the Campus Solutions Admissions and Campus Community modules, including integrations with graduate and undergraduate financial aid systems serving more than 25,000 students. You will support ongoing operations, enhancements, and defect resolution across multiple workstreams, including system configuration, data conversion, integrations, data management, and reporting. As part of the Student Information Systems team, you will report to the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and collaborate closely with departments across the University, including Student Records, Academic Advising, Student Financials, and Admissions. This position will be remote. You will:

  • Provide hands on functional and technical support for Campus Solutions Admissions and Campus Community, including integrations with financial aid systems.
  • Partner with IS&T teams supporting Campus Solutions, and OnBase.
  • Collaborate with Financial Aid analysts to triage, prioritize, and resolve service tickets.
  • Configure vendor solution features such as user interfaces, forms, and data integrations.
  • Coordinate with functional leads across Student Records, Academic Advising, Student Financials, and Admissions to ensure cross module alignment.
  • Analyze requirements and support cyclical processes, upgrades, new functionality, reporting needs, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
  • Support multiple workstreams, including system configuration, data conversion, integrations, data management, and reporting.
  • Share product knowledge, demonstrate key features, and provide cross team knowledge transfer.



Required Skills

You Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
