Role OverviewAs a FiOS Enrollment Associate, you will play a key role in representing cutting-edge fiber-optic technology and assisting customers in selecting the right FiOS solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys direct customer interaction, and is eager to grow professionally in a supportive team setting.
Responsibilities
- Promote and explain Verizon FiOS services directly to customers in the greater Boston community.
- Drive customer enrollment through personalized consultation and attention to detail.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide white-glove service.
- Track performance goals and contribute to team sales targets.
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic presence in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or near Boston, MA; otherwise, a willingness to relocate is also preferred (this is an on-site position).
