Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher for a full-time position at a school in Georgetown, MA, supporting students in grades 2–5. The role primarily involves providing pull-out services and working with small groups of students with moderate disabilities. Candidates must be comfortable supporting students with more intensive needs. Experience with Orton-Gillingham (OG) or Wilson Reading programs is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement IEPs for students
Provide specialized instruction in foundational skills to students with varying abilities
Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to enhance the learning experience
Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
Salary : $70 - $75
