Boston Realty Advisors is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic Capital Markets team. Applicants must have a college degree and preferably 1–2 years’ professional work experience. This role will support the team across all phases of the transaction lifecycle—from market research and due diligence through closing—while working closely with our in-house marketing department to develop proposals and client deliverables. Position Description
- Manage and coordinate transaction workflows from initial engagement through closing, ensuring seamless execution across all deal stages
- Provide valuation and due diligence support to the Capital Markets team
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into team operations to improve speed, accuracy, and output quality
- Maintain and optimize the CRM database, including integration with AI-powered tools to improve data quality and lead management
- Oversee client reporting with executive oversight
- Participate in the production of marketing materials, offering memoranda, and other client deliverables
- Coordinate directly with clients, 3rd party vendors, legal teams, and lenders throughout the transaction process
- Participate in property tours and support business development activities
- Leverage AI platforms and automation tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to streamline research, drafting, and document production workflows
- Support senior brokers with pitch preparation, financial modeling, and market analysis using a combination of traditional and AI-assisted tools

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar) and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest and ability to interface with clients directly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a sales-driven, client-facing environment
- Prior exposure to CRM platforms a plus; experience with AI-enhanced CRM tools is a strong differentiator
