As an Integration Consultant, you’ll serve as the quarterback ensuring that the company’s cutting-edge technology is implemented flawlessly within health systems once the contract is signed. You’ll coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders—engineering, regulatory, clinical, and customer teams—to ensure every moving piece comes together smoothly, on time, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of this company’s solutions with health systems, ensuring projects are executed in a strategic, timely, and detail-oriented manner from kickoff through go-live.
- Coordinate across functions (engineering, product, regulatory, operations, and marketing) to ensure alignment, accountability, and flawless execution.
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders—including IT, radiology, and administrative teams—to align goals, communicate milestones, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Serve as the primary implementation quarterback, orchestrating efforts across internal and partner teams to ensure every detail is executed in the right sequence.
- Communicate with influence and empathy, managing expectations, building trust, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the deployment process.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate integration timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development and continuous improvement.
