We are hiring a marketing assistant for our real estate client! This is a part time role with 20-30 hours a week of work. Must be able to commute into the office :)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Outreach
- Plan, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Monitor and engage with followers to grow our online presence
- Assist in the creation of visual and written marketing materials such as property flyers, email campaigns, and presentations
- Maintain content on the company website and syndicate property listings through external platforms
- Prepare client-facing marketing proposals and materials for meetings
Operations & Administrative Support
- Update and maintain a CRM database with client and property information
- Organize digital assets, including contracts, photos, and marketing files
- Assist with compliance-related tasks such as broker licensing across states
- Provide general administrative assistance including meeting preparation, document handling, and internal communications
Office & Team Coordination
- Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies and keeping the space well-organized
- Support meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda development, and follow-up
- Help facilitate virtual meetings and provide assistance with video conferencing platforms
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and provide responsive day-to-day support
