Our client, a Real Estate firm on the outskirts of the city, is hiring a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support a team of Brokers with marketing presentations and office support!This person will build efficiency in the day-to-day operations of our marketing team, managing complex calendars, vendor and client communications, presentation preparation, and more. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of high level support and an interest in marketing! Need to be detailed and strong with marketing Adobe!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of support to Marketing leadership
- Create content and market new properties on social media channels
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling
- Handle confidential client and vendor communications
- Plan marketing events
- Prepare conference and presentation materials
- Expense management (Microsoft Excel)
- Ad hoc marketing projects as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Administrative experience
- Experience or interest in digital marketing
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
