The RoleWe are seeking an Operations, Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join our team at 200 Brickstone. This is a full-time, on-site position—remote work is not available.
This role blends administrative responsibilities, after-sales support, and business development. You will ensure smooth daily operations, provide high-quality service to customers, and actively contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting client acquisition.
What You’ll Do- Manage daily administrative operations to keep the office running efficiently.
- Deliver excellent after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
- Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead and support sales efforts, including client outreach, relationship building, and pipeline development.
- Track performance data, prepare reports, and support process improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proven sales experience (preferred) or strong interest and ability in sales.
- Ability to work on-site at 200 Brickstone full time (required).
- Background in biotech, healthcare, or diagnostics is a plus (not required).
