What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Boston Associate Software Systems?
Plan CRs end to end scope, dependencies, environment, window, rollback, and approvals
Experience coordinating deployments, releases, or change management in a technical environment
Own Jira hygiene for deployments: tickets, statuses, owners, dates, blockers, and follow-ups
Drive the readiness conversation — confirm what is in scope, what is not, who is on point, and what happens if something fails
Comfort planning and scheduling CRs, including maintenance windows and dependencies
Strong Jira skills: boards, filters, workflows, and keeping work visible
Exposure to Ansible / AWX or similar automation tooling
Familiarity with ITIL / change-control process
