As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help tell our clients' stories through engaging digital content.
Role Description:
The Social Media Content Creator is a part-time, hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as BOSS continues to grow.
In this role, you'll work with a variety of local businesses to create engaging content that reflects their brand and supports their marketing goals. Responsibilities include planning and producing social media content, capturing photography and video, writing captions, designing graphics, scheduling posts, and maintaining content calendars across multiple client accounts.
You'll collaborate with clients and the BOSS team to develop creative campaigns, monitor content performance, stay current on social media trends, and help ensure each client's online presence is consistent, professional, and engaging. This role also includes community management, such as responding to comments and messages when appropriate.
Because we work with businesses across many industries, no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is excited to grow with a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience creating and managing social media content for businesses or organizations
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Experience writing engaging captions and adapting content for different audiences and platforms
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and major social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with small businesses or marketing agencies
- Familiarity with content strategy, branding, and basic social media analytics
- Education or professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- Comfortable appearing on camera for client or company content when needed
