Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience dealing with technology is preferred
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
