Bosley Builders is a growing Omaha remodeling company specializing in finished basements, kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and additions. We're a small company with big plans, and we're looking for a skilled Carpenter who wants to grow with us. The right person can have a real impact, as we grow, there's room to take on more responsibility, help train others, and become a key part of the company.

Kobe, the owner, started working in construction at 12 years old. After years of building custom homes and working on commercial and industrial remodels, he earned his contractor license and eventually started Bosley Builders. What began as a side business grew into a full-time company as more homeowners started calling, and today, we're building the team that will take the company to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Job Site: Take ownership of the day-to-day job site and keep projects moving forward efficiently. Lead the work, stay ahead of what needs to happen next, and make sure the job is progressing according to plan. Communicate regularly with Kobe and the team about project progress, materials, challenges, and anything that needs attention.
• Build & Remodel: Perform quality construction, carpentry and remodeling work, including framing, installation, trim work, and finishing residential spaces. Read plans, understand the scope of work, and use your experience to execute the work correctly and efficiently.
• Own the Quality: Take pride in the quality of your work and the finished product. Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe, identify potential problems, and make sure the work meets Bosley Builders' standards.
• Represent Bosley Builders: You’ll often be working in customers’ homes, so professionalism matters. Treat customers and their homes with respect, communicate appropriately, and represent Bosley Builders in a way that reflects the quality of our work.

What You Need

• Knowledge: Consistent work history. Solid experience in residential carpentry and remodeling, with an understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and the sequence of work required to keep projects moving. Prior experience as a Lead Carpenter, Construction Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Skilled in working independently and taking ownership of a job site. Able to lead the day-to-day work, keep projects moving efficiently, and communicate effectively with the owner, customers, subcontractors, and teammates. Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail and is willing to continue learning and developing new skills.
• Abilities: Dependable, consistent, and follows through on commitments. Able to represent Bosley Builders professionally in customers' homes. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a background check, MVR check, and DOT physical.
• Basic hand tools are required: hammer, tape measure, square, pencil, utility knife, pliers, and similar everyday tools.
